Investor Visiting Alabama & Tennessee - Want to Meet?
Hey BPers,
I'm an Los Angeles based investor with several cash flowing rentals, but now I'm looking to expand and do some flips as well.
I'll be exploring some markets in AL and TN, Nov 2-21 (primarily Birmingham, Huntsville, Memphis, Chattanooga and Cleveland). I'd love to connect with local real estate pros -- agents, wholesalers, contractors and other investors open to partnering or mentoring.
Primarily going out there to get a lay of the land and build out a team for single family fix and flips. Targeting distressed properties with ARVs of 90k-150k.

Hey, I would love to connect with you but I'll be in Europe with my family unfortunately (or fortunately, but not for the meeting).
I live in San Diego - not too far of a drive to meet somewhere in the middle. I'm also the top volume buyer's agent in Chattanooga this year for investment properties (* with 2 or more sales, yes, there's a guy that sold 1 property worth more than everything I've sold this year). After living in Chattanooga for a couple of years and flipping and owning property, I've been able to build a great network in town.
