My name is Gregory Terrell, this is my second time posting in the introduction section. I decided to recommit to become one of the worlds greatest real estate investor. I have been obsessed with real estate since June of 2017. I feel investing can help me in so many different areas of my life. I am having a problem finding what to do. I full of information, but when it comes down to taking action, I freeze up because I feel I need to know more. I came to the realization I really need a mentor. If anyone out there willing to take the time to meet for lunch, through email/ text, or on BP. I want to split my first deal 70% to you leaving me with 30%. Hey @Gregory Terrell, have you gone to any of the AlAREIA meetings.  The next one I think is today in Homewood at the Embassy Suites.  Also if you first find a deal, people are going to be willing to help with the parts you don't know. Another thing you can do is utilize your power base, talk to the people you know.
