I’m new to real estate and want to start investing. I started off with lowering my expenses and bad debt and am ready now.

I simply lack major capital to put down onto a property.

Is it best to start with a flip or a rental property?

And what’s the best way to go about it.

Hey all, I’m in the GTA region of Ontario and relatively new to BP. I am looking to meet others in the region, who’s around?

Hey all,

I've been very interested in real estate investing for a while now and I'm 21. All I have been doing at every chance I get is reading, studying, and now listening to podcasts about real estate.

I'm most interested in house hacking a duplex (or other multi family homes) and was wondering if it's worth getting in the game asap with not as much money as other people would invest with, of save up for the 20% down on a property?

Thanks!
