Ive been on Bigger Pockets for some time now, and a while back I tried getting my friend into it.

Now, finally, he went to download the app for BP, but it is no longer on the IOS App store. Does anyone know any other similar apps?

cheers!

Hello all! I am a young 22 year old and I work full time as a Sales Rep (salary+commission). With the info I received so far, I am able to qualify for a mortgage of about 225k. Given the current market prices, this is not ideal haha.

Is there anything that I can do in order to raise this number? Aside from getting a co-sign?

Hey all!

Currently looking to go to some classes, seminars, and/or events this year with some friends and would like to know the possibilities and options.

Looking for in the GTA, on multiple topics in investing such as RE, Stocks/Bonds/Funds, Markets, Business etc.
Hoping to find out if anyone is aware, or going to be attending any events?

So I work as a inside sales specialist currently, and my colleague that sits next to me does RE Sales on the side at the job we work together (he’s working himself up to go full time with RE)

Doing RE agent has interested me before and I’m more interested in it now. Is it worth it? I’m sure the question is asked all the time...and when it comes to schooling I was considering doing the RECO course at HUMBER college? Any college better than others? Any way to get reimbursements as it’s not covered under OSAP

This is one of the biggest questions I have that I keep in my mind.

Is it worth it to save 20% to skip out on mortgage insurance? To save for a house in this decade in Ontario is absurd.

Is it a rookie move to put 5% down and pay the mortgage insurance?...should I stick it through for years of saving to then have the money for a 20% downpayment?

Tell me your experience! THANKS
