@Greg Lyons In my humble opinion, I would probably target great rental markets like Milwaukee. It has the 2% price to rent ratio. Your money would go a lot further.

@Janelle Sandoval If you decide to invest out-of-state, then Milwaukee, Wisconsin may be a great option. It's an excellent rental market and I am selling the properties at a huge discount.
