Hello to everyone here at Bigger Pockets Community -

I am a new member to Bigger Pockets. I am based out Whittier, CA. I recently began my real estate journey as an investor (Buy and Hold).

With only 6 months into this journey, I am grateful to have acquisition 4 properties in this span of time. I am here to learn from seasoned professionals as I seek to scale my portfolio.

I have ran out of my savings accounts and seeking for creative ways to continue to acquisition properties.

Any advice on what doors to knock for funding?

Here is a link to the BiggerPockets podcasts:

https://www.biggerpockets.com/...

But you can also find them on Apple Podcast, Spotify or any other podcast app.

In general, there are a couple of BiggerPockets podcast that I would recommend to follow:

1. The "main" podcast hosted by David Greene and Rob Abasolo (see link above)

2. The Rockie Podcast https://www.biggerpockets.com/... for less experienced investors

3. On The Market podcast, to stay up to day on what is going on on the market https://www.biggerpockets.com/...

Good luck!
