Post: EthereumMax Crypto used for acquisition or assignment fees?

Does anyone have any experience using eMax or other Cryptos as a means of consideration(or as an assignment fee) for a Real Estate deal? I understand the tax implications and volatility but just brainstorming. Besides the tokenomics spects of it, I know there are companies building technologies that could def shake up the IDX/MLS data and outdated public record data we have here in the US. Thoughts?

Cardano is the way! They are doing big things in Africa and could real shake up the RE industry in how it's data is handled... and outdated...!

@Brittany Bolling I just found this thread because I am considering doing this with ADA cardano for my property. I would like leases to be issued as smart contracts on the blockchain to take advantage of their immutable and instantaneous nature. Also getting paid in ADA and holding it would prevent capital gains until the point at which you transfer it back into USD. It wont be long before banks have their own stablecoins. Transfers will be a breeze and contracts will be self executing. It will be a couple months before I learn enough to do this and the blockchain can support it but Ethiopia is using the cardano blockchain to run their education system now. Im excited for the opportunity this may present

Post: Probate Estate Value Of Home Is Higher Than Purchase Price

Will there be any issues if someone purchases a home below what the estate appraiser value home for?

Example- The estate appraiser valued home @ 225,900(which is way high)  but we will purchase the home for 185k(and will probably assign the contract for 215k)

It is said the appraiser must approve the price. I have bought and sold other probates but never encountered this.   Any insights of what to be aware of would be much obliged!

I generate a lot of leads in the DMV with some pretty healthy margins and I am looking to do a JV (as my lines are tapped out). If you have lines/cash, yet need deals and systems I would love to chat!

If an owner of a home passes away & left no will. Can the son(who lives in the home) list it or sell it right away? How long is the probate period in MD? This gentlemen is already 2 months behind on the mortgage yet has a contract on his house. He HAS NOT filed papers yet as the deceased died in December. Any insight much appreciated

It's amazing, something simple can make things easier on one's life.  Proper naming of files and folder structure was never taught in schools(or if they were I was more concerned with what Grateful Dead setlist was being played..lol)  Eitherway, it has caused some chaos come tax season. I am glad I found this!

@Nettles Mason I have not found the ultimate solution- I literally made a mind map today to map out the phases of trying to get it though.  I think with how things are automated- zaps, etc it can be done.  I am interested in what you have built out.   Finding the sources of the data, clean it and then getting it to flow is the challenge.  If I could clone myself I could make it happen! There are not too many people who are a nerd like me and would like to build a map and list of all the people who signed up for Life Alert recently!
