WHAT IS THE BEST ONE STOP SHOP FOR A CRM OTHER THAN PODIO

I was looking at ReiRail which is extremely expensive but seemed super awesome at first. I don't like podio because it's not user friendly, I've tried trello, insightly, zoho, and hubspot. None of which I'm a fan of. The features I'm looking for are Caller ID with prop info, Rvm/mailers/ email/ text (merge features) automations, phone (dialer) at least a single line, call tracking, call history record, call recording & skip tracing (Ideally it would be able to skip trace LLCs also).

I've looked all over the forums for advice to no avail. I've heard ReiAce is pretty good. Has anyone tried that? I've heard InvestorFuse is good too. Does anyone have any experience with these two?

Have you looked at having someone build out the podio for you?

I know that wholesalehacker does this and I've heard it's super easy to use once it's set up.
