I generate a lot of leads in the DMV with some pretty healthy margins and I am looking to do a JV (as my lines are tapped out). If you have lines/cash, yet need deals and systems I would love to chat!

@Bret N. My cash is tied up for now, but I'll have more flexibility in another month or two. I live in Manassas and I'm a pretty new investor, so I'd be very interested in chatting about partnering/jving with a more experienced investor.
