Hey Mark. Terry Burger here, I'm a very active investor in Cobb. Are your current rental properties in Cobb? If so, congrats on a good return. Ha! Nope, Marietta GA in my book. I love Marietta OH though. What a charming town. We used to compete against their marching band when I was in High School.
