@BB Liu Thanks for sharing. I am no expert myself but my advice would be that if you find a great deal why not partner with someone more experienced and make it happen. less risk for you. less profit but you'd learn a ton for the next one.

Finding deals is the hard part, especially around here. Everyone thinks their house is worth more than it is b/c houses are selling for big numbers in the area.

They're in the process of building the new billion dollar Montreign Resort Casino

Probably the best opportunity for real estate investing in the area

@Aibek Akmat Very high demand for rentals. Filled mine in a couple of weeks....Make sure you do your research as markets change block to block in baltimore. Many areas may be mostly section 8 tenants.  

What neighborhood / areas are you looking?

Hey Charles, how do foreclosure auctions in baltimore work? are they weekly at the courthouse? How competitive are they these days?
