@Johnathon Kim I Agree with @Justin Polston. The closer you and further outside the loop in the doughnut counties is where you can find good A-B rentals. When you get inside the loop "465" you have to know what you are doing and the areas. We invest in both outside the loop and inside. Anything in Hamilton Co is good, and other counties outside the loop. In Marion County, we like Lawrence Tonwhsip, Beech Grove, Far West Side like Pike Township, and certain hot pockets near downtown.

@Amanda Galloway I have been investing in Indianapolis for 12 years, and I used to live in 46226 Zipcode. Most of this Zip is fine. I think it depends on what you are looking for. I don't consider this area a War Zone, but it's not A-Class either. I personally would feel comfortable investing here, that is my opinion.

@Matt Allen I might be a little biased, but do like Indy, because I invest there, and we do quite a few properties there and work with a lot of investors. I think Kansas City is great too though and I know some good investors there if you need connecting. If you decide to come to Indy and you come here, let's meet up, Thanks

@Bill Plymouth Thanks for sharing Bill. I can relate to the ups and downs of real estate at times. Something that I do are the following:

1. Practice Prayer

2. Start a Grateful Journal (This has helped me get things into Perspective"

3. Hire a Life Coach for Personal Growth

4. Read the Book "The Noticer" by Andy Andrews.  GREAT READ, and REALLY HELPS ME get things into perspective!

Thanks, Brett
