Hi Everyone!

I am very excited about the Indianapolis market, and I am looking to buy my first investment property in the area.  Can anyone recommend any great real estate agents in the area?

Also, if you have any insight into any specific neighborhoods in the area that are renting great right now I'd love to hear about them.  I'm open to anything within a 30 min drive of the heart of Indianapolis.
