@Diego Hernandez I hate how as a wholesaler we get looked down on and I get it. I’ve had multiple interactions with other wholesalers pretending to be cash buyers and ask for property details and then don’t hear back from them until they have someone interested in buying the property.

There’s definitely a great number of us wholesalers who aren’t out here trying to get over on people, but because of individuals bad experiences with other no good wholesalers we all are put under this don’t trust wholesalers category.

You also have some property owners who don’t want to go thru a real estate agent.

@Caleb Heimsoth I didn’t ask that... someone else asked if it had a bad reputation.

@Jay Hinrichs and every deal I’ve received from him are in that price range except for 2 or 3. It starts to make you want to just give up but I have hope and then there are so many other things I want to do in life, which keeps me going because any day I could stubble upon that 1 buyer.

@Jay Hinrichs yes that’s true. I’m working a couple of deals with a buddy of mine that I’d met in a wholesaling facebook group. A lot of the deals he’s sent me have been in the price range from $750k to $10m and finding buyers with the funds for these deals have been pretty darn challenging.

@Caleb Heimsoth whys that? See I’ve posted in multi NY real estate groups on facebook and all I seem to get is other wholesalers acting as cash buyers and just wasting both our times.

@Jorge De Jesus well I have some properties that my partner and I are trying to sell one a 30Unit building in the Bronx and was told that I should try to find maybe a hedge fund manager who’d possibly be interested.
