The process of seeking multi millionaire investors seems harder than you’d think on such a site or app “BiggerPockets” lol, but finding buyer for multi million dollars properties is definitely tiring but the fight must go on. Does anyone know where I may find these guys and gals in FL,CA, and NY?

How to become a BP pro member and with becoming a BP member can you post deals?

@Stanley Bronstein I definitely wouldn't mind providing all information if it was up to me, but as a wholesaler and working with some of the original property owner, they want us to get the POF and LOI before sending out any additional information... I've personally had multiple experiences with "cash buyer" who I've sent all of the information too that wouldn't respond and that have waited till they've found a buyer to respond and which at that point I know longer have the property on contract.

Why don't investors like to provide POF and LOI? How do you ask about a property and say that you're interested but don't want to provide POF and LOI?

@Nick C. I totally agree that’s why you build great relationships with people and at the same time deliver and build that trust.

@Jay Hinrichs We don't even get to the contract because they can't provide POF or LOI.

@Jay Hinrichs I definitely understand why we get a bad rap because of untrustworthy “wholesalers” but not all of us are like that. Even as a wholesaler I deal with some wholesalers who act as cash buyers and only waste our time.
