I have done one flip only.

This will be for a Flip deal.

Does anyone have a problem when finding member? When I do the search I get 10 pages or more, but I cannot get passed the first page. I can click on the page number, or the arrow forward, but nothing happens.

Let me know if it is me, or if that can be fixed.

I contact a good friend of mine to be a private lender on my deals. He was on board but he wants to come in more as partner than as money lender. He also has his brother that wants in, and has even more money than him.

The question as to how wold we structure this partnership came up.

If someone has an idea of how I can do this, please share.

I have been trying to purchase a 3 family in the Metro West area of MA. I have been approved by FHA and it has been very tough to get something as my finance is not giving me the any advantage on the houses I'm trying to place offers on. I can do as much as 5% down but that would be about it.

Does anyone know another way to get finance with 5% down on a 3 Family in MA?
