I wanted to see if anyone here can give some insights about investing in the broward county, Florida. Is there Flips available? Is it a more buy a hold area? I have the opportunity to invest there but don’t know much about the market. Thank you in advance.

It is our 1st Year Anniversary!!!

One year ago I started this meetup, and since than it grew to over 200 members until today. We have had many incredible meetings providing lots of learning experiences and network opportunities that will last a life time. 

This month is a special month, and I hope to break the record in attendance to celebrate our 1st Year Anniversary. 

We will have a similar set up as we have every month. 

- Networking starting at 6:30pm

- 30 Second Introductions 

- Steeve Breton will give us a Presentation about investing with your IRA, and about Syndication.

- Open Q&A, and more Networking to end the meeting.

After 2 months without our meeting. WE ARE BACK.

We have a new location in Framingham, MA and I'm VERY EXCITED to be able to schedule our October Meeting.

This Greek Restaurant is an excellent restaurant, and you will want to try there food while you are there. The owners of Aegean has opened their doors to our group, and we hope to be able to stay there for a long time.
