Money Partner - How Do I structure this partnership.

I contact a good friend of mine to be a private lender on my deals. He was on board but he wants to come in more as partner than as money lender. He also has his brother that wants in, and has even more money than him.

The question as to how wold we structure this partnership came up.

If someone has an idea of how I can do this, please share.
