Does anyone have a template of a loi for a master lease option or know where I could find one?

Thanks for sharing your experince Darren. That is bogus what the management company said they were going to do and didn't do it. Sounds like something you would be sick and angry about at the same time.

Sorry for the double posting. Thanks for the welcome Jon. I am looking to purchase in the Oklahoma City or Edmond area first and this will be stabilized properties first. No turnarounds yet because I am too green. :)

Thanks James and Jackeline for the welcome. Jackeline, I plan to get my hands on as much info as I possibly can. I have heard that lenders do look for experience but if I don't hit it out of the park on my first deal, I will start small. I will bring out all of the guns when seeking funding. I will also add the property managements experience to my executive summary.

I was just wondering how often do you check in on your management company that you hired? Everyday, every other day, once a week, or once a month? I was just wondering because I think I will bug the heck out of the management company that I hire. :lol:
