Hello Everyone! My name is Brittany Thompson and I currently invest in Birmingham and Huntsville Al. I’m addition we accommodate local and out of state buyers with off market and deeply discounted properties often for rentals and flips. I would love to be of service to any of you when it comes to putting eye on properties and presenting great deals.

My husband and I created The Wholesalers Roundtable and host meetings monthly via meetup where we cater to new investors and wholesalers alike.

We have created a larger network of real estate professionals that we certainly don’t mind referring out such as agents/brokers, contractors, closing attorneys etc.

Investing in rentals and potential deals as a wholesaler. What are investors looking for in that area in terms of rent for 3/1 and 2/1. Also is Harper Woods a good area? What are values for a turnkey property?

I’m investing in Detroit and Harper Woods Michigan and trying to understand the market there. I see activity but not sure what the numbers are in that area.
