How to find a legit co-wholesale partner?

How do I go about finding a legit co-wholesale partner? I am struggling to find a motivated seller to get a property under contract. I can find buyers easy but no sellers. I bring the buyers. The other person bring the deals. Where do I find some random partner to get on board with this?

@Tony Marcelle, I think Bigger Pockets is a great forum, plus local real estate investment clubs.  Lots of people can find deals, but don't have access to buyers.  They do things backwards. They find a deal and decide they want to be a wholesaler, but then it tanks when they can't find buyers.
