It is my understanding that you would need a 30 day vacate clause in your rental agreement. If the owner, completes the steps in the redemption process, they can get the property back....Seek legal though to be on the safe side and Denise Evans in a well-respected pro and offers a class.

Once we get a price quote from Jefferson Co, is there a possibility to renegotiate the price? If so, how?

Let me know if you need any assistance. I would love to connect and provide any help especially with SFR. My team and I source tons of properties at a discount, and we are always looking to network with investors whenever possible.

I have a few buyers for Adamsville. If you message me the address and specs, I can send them off to see if we can make a deal.

Hey All

Today a seller approached me while I was out today and asked me if I knew anyone interested in Modular Homes. I have no experience, but I hear its fairly profitable. He is definitely motivated to sell it and apparently it is on a brick foundation on nearly an acre in Pinson, AL and has been renovated. Help!! I am sure this could this could work for someone but not sure who..
