I know I've heard you can find the exact price houses sell for through public information. I've looked through multiple tarrant County sites but can't find what I'm looking for. I know Zillow, Realtor, Red Finn etc give you estimate, but how close is that, I've seen 30k ranges. Can someone please fill me in how to find home sales prices through tarrant county. Thanks for any help...

Hello Alex, I'm new to the REI game and BP as well. We bought our 1st house 7 years ago and have been fixing it up slowly but surely. We live in Ft Worth right outside of Hurst. Looking to buy our 2nd house around this area to do the same but a lot faster. Plan on living in it for 12 months then sell to build more knowledge and confidence.
