Newbie from Fort Worth, Texas

Hello BP! My name is Alex Braun and, admittedly, I have zero background in real estate...but I'm hoping to change that! I've lived in the DFW area all of my life and I currently work as a software engineer at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth. I am here because I happened to stumble upon the BP podcast and have really enjoyed every episode I've listened to so far (about 30-40). I've also been reading a few books and I am particularly interested in buy and hold properties, however, I do have an open mind towards all aspects of real estate investing. I absolutely love the content this site provides and I am very excited to delve into this new phase of my life!
