I know I've heard you can find the exact price houses sell for through public information. I've looked through multiple tarrant County sites but can't find what I'm looking for. I know Zillow, Realtor, Red Finn etc give you estimate, but how close is that, I've seen 30k ranges. Can someone please fill me in how to find home sales prices through tarrant county. Thanks for any help...
