I live in Hopatcong some rental property . I rent right now most are going for around 1400 a month for a two bedroom. The prices are on the way up plus alot of the house need alot of work. I am looking to buy my first property . If I can answer any more questions let me now. Or maybe show you around the area.

you can lease it to a farmer for crops or livestock. Or my be to some one to hunt it .Or maybe build a nother house to rent it out. Hope this helps
