Looking to buy turnkey house in Newark NJ what is the going rate for a property manager.

I am looking at a 2 family there know will keep all posted. Going to house hack. But I know there are a lot of houses in the area for sale . The anything looks like rents are low

Been trying to close my first deal . The first date was June 15 still waiting for the closing.it is a no money down deal. How long does it take to close a fha loan thank for any information
