@Oumarou Yarga I had the same problem with my loan no one call any one back anymore. I am wait for a new approval same deal .stick with it call ever day and when you get him on the phone tell him you want more updates daily even if is a text or email. Good luck

@Frank Geiger thanks for the reply that make sense. Could I also do 2 months 1 and 1/2 for secretary and 1/2 for realtor

I used a realtor to rent my rental property and I payed the fee .is this normal or next time should I pass on to the tenant. I know there are other ways to do it with out a realtor but I wanted to know how people do it .thanks

Ok on my first rental I payed the realtor fee. Is that how you it works .when I rented my place I payed .so I was wondering how everyone does this. The next time I want to have to pay.
