You can roll your existing 401k into a self directed IRA you can set up in you're corporation and not pay any tax or penalty and still use the money in the 401K to invest in what ever you want.

Nebraska isn't really a lesser fished spot.  There are less fisherman, buts there's also a lot less fish compared to places like CA.
