Found him!

I'm with @Ron Orr on this one. I understand it the principal of it, but how much will this cost once the legal action is complete.  Unless this is a SubZero or some other similarly opulent glorified beer chiller, it's probably more headache than its worth.  But I feel your pain @Julie Thevenow !

If you struggle to see the final vision I would highly suggest finding someone that can provide insight, not necessarily hiring someone tho. There are a dozen different ways you can find assistance with your design without paying them. Honestly, I bet you could post 'before' pics on here and we could help you design it.  This could be fun!  I bet some of us even have product numbers memorized....actually I can guarantee that.

And please just say no to red.....

Ian Kurela You can refi at any moment if you wish so long as you have proper equity, around 75% LTV in the property and the title has seasoned(6 months?). The original mortgage does not need to be completely paid off.

Step 1: Buy a house in need of repair. Step 2: move your bedroom into the kitchen while you spend countless hours youtubing how to install baseboards. Live in the kitchen for a month and a half.... Step 3: Move back into the bedroom and exist off of a mini fridge and hot plate located next to your couch (the new kitchen) while you rack up more YouTube points. Step 4: Begin marriage counseling. Jk of course! But honestly it wasn't much different when I began. If I can give one piece of advice that will save your life...listen up here this is gold...when you start a project, finish it before even looking at another one! Make a plan and a schedule, and while you at, overachieve and maybe even consider making budget;)

Afternoon everyone,

Tax season is upon us and I have recently relocated to a new city. I plan on continuing my investing here in this city and am looking for a recommendation for a tax professional with a specialization in real estate.

Thanks!

House hacking is a great strategy!  Have a look at your local credit unions. Many times they can be a bit more lenient and have slightly better rates.

Good luck!
