I guess the first question is.  Where will you get the money to make a flip happen?  The amount of money you can get your hands on determins what kind of flip you can do.

RK speaks of saving in rich D poor D.  He speaks of saving passive income earnings to buy more.  I use both methods.  I save 20% of my net earned income (job) and I only use my rental for needed repairs.  I have to admit sometones I dip into the cookie jar but for most part I stay true to my goals.

Nate,

I like what you said.

"Don't give up. Commitment to one's chosen path is the most important indicator of future success!"

I am taking the online real estate express.  With as much information that is giving each unit.  I don't see how anyone could learn the material in 1 or 2 weeks of classroom.  I am having a hard time keeping all the laws in order and that is just the 6 units I have read.

All those flipping shows have a training program.  I remember hearing radio adds 10 years ago and still today.

I'm europpean and I read everywhere that to attend to this exam, one must provide a valid SS number which obv I dont have since I'm a foreigner.

I think you need to at least have your green card.  You do have to live in Florida for 4 months before you can sell.

The only thing about living like no one else later is I want to live life now!  Dave R. Is all about saving your earned income to a better future.  I don't want to wait that long.  Passive income is the only alternative I have found that can improve your life in the now time.

This has been a roller coaster ride of post. It reminds me of the saying. " If it sounds to good to be true it......"

It has been enjoyable read even the off subject post.
