I'm getting closer to having my first deals and agreements ready with a few SFH buyers and FSBO sellers. I'm looking for the community's referrals on a qualified attorney and title agent who can draw up the contracts subject to terms for me when it's time. BP Nation, do you know qualified professionals in Greater Phoenix, Arizona, who you would endorse to handle my first deals?

Hi BP Nation,

I currently have three multi-family deals on the table. Preliminary evaluations are done using the bigger pockets evaluation tools. I would appreciate your referrals to investor friendly private lenders. Feel free to send me a colleague request, so we can hook up for questions and more information.

Thanks for your time and consideration.

Best, Ken

Hey @Briana W. thanks for initiating this thread. Interesting topic. I have a few thoughts I'd like to discuss with you when I touch base in Phoenix/Scottsdale in April. I sent you a PM and colleague request. Cheers, Ken

Hi Bob,

My son and I will be in Phoenix during the last three weeks in April, so we won't make it to your 'March Madness'. But we'd love to attend your April gathering. I can't wait to meet like minded real estate 'vampires' 'addicted' to the investing virus ;-)

We're focussing on pooling deals with commercial multiplex investing and are looking for private lenders, general contractors, brokers, investor savvy attorneys, financially and strategically creative CPAs and a team assistant who can help us hold all the loose ends together.

Also: If anyone in your group needs an equity property manager partner, or knows a multiplex seller/owner financing opportunity, feel free to send them my way. I'm looking to ease our transfer back from Europe to Greater Phoenix this year and need a creative income producing solution such as free rent, small income (food, car, the usual) in exchange for property managing.

These are just a few off the cuff thoughts.

Cheers, Ken

Hey Elliot,

Thanks for connecting on LI with me.

Great questions. You have opened the door here on BP to a supportive community with millions of answers. Nonetheless it takes time to process any and all of the concepts and strategies and activities. A team of some sorts will be absolutely crucial - and more fun.

I will be flying in to Phoenix the last three weeks in April and would enjoy meeting up with you, either separately or and at one of the many REI Meetups I will be attending. I could imagine a mentoring relationship in form of a partnership if that's what you are looking for. Let'S chat on Skype to make the best of our time until April. Send me a PM to make a few time suggestions. I'm currently in Germany in the CET time zone (8 hours ahead of AZ).

In the meantime I highly recommend not only a daily podcast, starting with your current favorite strategy, but all of Brandon's books. They are written in such an easy to understand and uncomplicated manner. He has a few free ones and a few paid ones. They are all worth every dime. Keep reading all your life because we don't know what we don't know and leaders are readers as they say. Let's do some deals ;-) Chat soon.

Cheers, Ken

Hey everyone, my son and I are planning to spend 3 weeks in Phoenix, Arizona in April (5th - 24th).

Our goal is to connect with fellow real estate investors, and inviting savvy brokers, general contractors, realtors, title agents, bankers and private lenders to start, revive and further building old and new relationships with potential business partners. We want to encourage you to reach out to us/me here on BP even or especially before we arrive, in order to make best use of our time once we touch the ground.

We know the area quite well and have done a few deals in the US and Europe. Now, we are looking for (wholesale) and multi-family (seller-financing, master lease options) deals in the Greater Phoenix (Tempe, Mesa, Light Rail zone, Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Surprise) area.

If you are interested to get to know us better to joint venture or/and collaborate on deals together, please reach out to us via this forum and remember to send me a colleague request.

Thanks for your time and consideration. -Ken

Post: Looking to Co - Wholesale in AZ/Partner up on deals - Interested?

For the past 8 Years we’ve been studying the Real Estate and housing markets in the US and Europe and have successfully made an income with vacation rental property management. We continuously further our real estate education in many fields and strategies and conclude that focusing our initial entry into the US market poses the least time and financial risk via wholesaling. This strategy will allow us to improve our on the ground skills, relationships and grow our business and joint venture partnerships toward phase two strategy of multiplex acquisitions.

We are therefore looking for ‘boots on the ground' 50/50 JV wholesale partners, preferably looking for properties in the Greater Phoenix area of Arizona, since we currently operating from Germany and seek to share the responsibilities, strengths and success. Why AZ? Not only because it's gorgeous and among the Top Ten growing cities in the US, but because we used to live there a few years back and would love to return and build a beach head there.

Since many people have very different ideas on achieving their real estate goals and in order to better understand your ideas and needs, please fill out our form and feel free to add your thoughts to our short questionnaire.

Some of the values we can add to the table are ...

  • marketing
  • sharing fees/costs
  • systematically finding- and pre-evaluating deals
  • preparing contracts
  • filling the funnel
  • calling, interviewing, negotiating and advancing deals
  • setting up a digital deal flow for the entire process

To get to know us a bit better, you can check us out here BP or on Facebook and on all other social media channels. Thanks for your time and consideration. We're looking forward to finding the perfect partner and create an even bigger and better future together with phase two - multiplex

Best, Ken
