The third Thursday of the month is almost here so it's time for this months Meetup!

Come for the Pizza, stay for the networking.

Real estate investing can be lonely, not many other people "get it", they would rather be watching a TV rerun rather than looking at new MLS listings of wholesale deals- not us! This is your chance to get together with other people that are building their real estate empire and driven to do more.

I will be buying some Pizza and we have waters but you are welcome to bring your own adult beverage.

Address is 5900 N 83rd St.  From 101 Exit to McDonald and head West. Turn south off 83rd and it is the second driveway on the right, set fairly far back off the street. This is a community clubhouse not a house or business.

FYI some people have had trouble finding the address in the past and their navigator has directed them to North scottsdale, one of last months attendees gave me the Google code below:

Here is the Google "plus code" that you can put in google maps to get the exact location with no confusion. Just copy and paste 855CG3CW+W9 into your maps app.

The coords are 33°31'20.3"N 111°54'14.6"W

Looking forward to seeing everyone!

Please use either the clubhouse or street parking.

Bob

Hi Bob,

My son and I will be in Phoenix during the last three weeks in April, so we won't make it to your 'March Madness'. But we'd love to attend your April gathering. I can't wait to meet like minded real estate 'vampires' 'addicted' to the investing virus ;-)

We're focussing on pooling deals with commercial multiplex investing and are looking for private lenders, general contractors, brokers, investor savvy attorneys, financially and strategically creative CPAs and a team assistant who can help us hold all the loose ends together.

Also: If anyone in your group needs an equity property manager partner, or knows a multiplex seller/owner financing opportunity, feel free to send them my way. I'm looking to ease our transfer back from Europe to Greater Phoenix this year and need a creative income producing solution such as free rent, small income (food, car, the usual) in exchange for property managing.

These are just a few off the cuff thoughts.

Cheers, Ken
