Would recommend a master holding LLC and then create single member LLC's within holding LLC for each property. Separate liabilities with only one tax return. @Kyle Neff

There are several different items that would be useful for you as an investor. As already mentioned lease total for the week, cancels and denieds, current occupancy with 4 and 8 week projections. Lead sources from the applications, NTV's and reasons. I would also recommend renewal tables 120 days out to show total expirations, total annual rental increase etc. I would also want to see work orders completed, how many open and then any updates in capital projects. @Ryan S.
