Monday Morning Reports

I was wondering what other people have on their Monday Morning Reports that they receive from their management companies each week? The management company I use currently does not offer this but I feel like it would be a big help for myself and my partner. Also it will most likely be easier for the manager since I wont be following up with as many "random" questions throughout the week. My goal is to get a detailed report but keep it short so the manager is using at most 5 minutes of their time. Another thought is maybe someone knows if Appfolio has this or similar capability built in?

Details I am looking for include:

Physical Vacancy

Economic Vacancy

Move Ins / Move Outs 

Evictions / Notices Served

Vacant Unit Details - market ready units, down units and units with work scheduled, etc.

Delinquent Rent

Traffic - calls, face to face inquiries, applications, etc.

Maybe this is too much for each week but any suggestions would be helpful, thank you!
