Quote from @Shobha Joshi:

Hi,

I am thinking about buying an investment property for around $250000 to $320000k. Which suburbs or a should I look at ?  I am  looking at Brandon and Riverview, but any suggestions would be welcomed.

Thanks

Hello Shobha, don't overlook Lakeland right in the middle of Tampa and Orlando. Lakeland has a beautiful community, less busy then the two mentioned cities, however it is close to everything. I would be happy to help you out in any way. PM if you would like to talk.

Hello Maxwell, I just started using RedX last week. I have previous job history in cold calling, but this is the first time I am calling for me and not the CEO of a company. Are you calling to find off market deals for yourself as an investor, or are you a realtor? Are you using a service for leads?

Welcome Brett, have you been pre qualified for a loan yet? Will you still want to STR/MTR the home when you are in the off season, or will you and your wife occupy it along during that time?

Yes we have been pre approved for a loan and have a real estate agent. We will be occupying it when we are home in the off-season but may still have it up as a short term rental on certain weekends where we can easily stay with family nearby.

Sounds good Brett, best of luck in real estate investing and best of luck in the MLB.
Quote from @Sean Tenney:

New cash investor looking in a few markets and want to start putting together some local teams.  I'm in FL so will need some guidance, etc. with local laws, guidelines, and general knowledge.  Have a real estate attorney I use down here in FL but need boots on the ground in other areas.  Would love to network with some folks.

Sean, what area of Florida are you in? If you looking in KC I would recommend reaching out to @Lee Ripma.

Welcome Jeremy, what is your background in? Why did you choose to start in flipping? I am an investor, realtor, and work with some mortgage lenders. Let me know if I can help you.

Hello Jonathan, pm me your details and I can pass it off to a lender I work with. He might be able to guide you in a good direction.

Thank you for this is inspiring post, Julio. To me growing (getting out of our comfort zones) is the most exciting and rewarding things anyone can encounter in life.

My wife and I bought our first place last year, it was all because we stepped out of our fears and doubts and starting reaching out for help, and things fell into place for the better.

I need to keep doing this over time to see really what I am made of.

Thank you again!

Welcome Anthony, listen to as many podcasts from BP while you are working, but also early on take action. Imagine, learn, but implementation is the most important thing. Welcome again!
