We purchased this property because it was a good deal for a duplex and it came with an over sized lot which we are subdividing into 2 more single family lots.

Dont be afraid of mobile homes. This is the 1 of 2 manufactured home deals I have done great on.

I learned a lot on this deal. I renovated everything from top to bottom and didn't need to! The experience was invaluable and I have learned a lot of the last several flips and I have been able to keep turning profits!
