My first flip I wanted to share that I broke even at best on! If only I would of had known about bigger pockets back then

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It was my first opportunity to try and make money in real estate

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I traded some work for a person who inherited this home.

How did you finance this deal?

Bank

How did you add value to the deal?

Renovated

What was the outcome?

I broke even!

Lessons learned? Challenges?

I learned a lot on this deal. I renovated everything from top to bottom and didn't need to! The experience was invaluable and I have learned a lot of the last several flips and I have been able to keep turning profits!

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
