 100% relationship

Well I went for it. Turned my new 11 unit into 100% short term. I'll give updates on how it's going.

we just got this place under contract for $239k. The less than 90 day turns are always appreciated.

I purchased a flip this week for $143k. Wholesaler got $13k. I think I can sale the house for $240k after paint carpet and small rehab

Here is a picture of the lot that made this deal a huge win. After I split I can either sale 2 single family lots or build and rent which is probably the route I'm going to go.
