Mobile home flip with large profit

Mobile home fix & flip investment in Spokane.

Purchase price: $175,000
Cash invested: $20,000
Sale price: $295,000

My 2nd flip and one of my biggest profits to date.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Splitting land and selling seperate

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Word of mouth.

How did you finance this deal?

Owner financed

How did you add value to the deal?

It was 11 acres with a double wide. We split the double wide into a 1 acre lot and sold the 10 acres separately

What was the outcome?

About $100k in profit

Dont be afraid of mobile homes. This is the 1 of 2 manufactured home deals I have done great on.
