So just wanted to give an update. Thanks to David Greenes, The One Brokerage we are finally closing on these Refis and heading to Texas next week to purchase another property and start the process all over again.

 Yes that is rate base and then fees on top.... I ended up calling David Greenes team and they litterly saved me... lower rate and fees. Super happy... Im out of luck timing wise and will have to pay for another appraisal but hope to get the cash out soon....

The condos are warrantable. We are doing DRCR Loans based just on the income of properties. Condos in the high $400s.

Wow did anyone's refi deals get blown out the water today.....

Mine went from 4.5% to 6%....

Don't know what to do... Any help would be welcomed...
