Hi all,

I am currently investing in San Diego County but am looking to do my first long-distance investment in Tyler Texas. I am trying to build my team and would love some referrals for the following:

Real Estate Agent

Property Manager

Contractor

Lender

If anyone could help that would be greatly appricated.

Hey Brandon- I’ve got 15 doors in Tyler and currently building a duplex near TJC. Jason Gregory is a great property manager and agent. Brad Root is an excellent contractor. Credit Unions- Altra, community banks- UBank. I’ve used both lenders. Let me know if you would like to discuss Tyler. I’ve been in ETX my entire life. I would be glad to help you in any way.
