I am currently a commercial lender in CA and my family is getting ready to move to Utah in the next few months. I would love to be able to move to a lender that is active in the investment community and open to creative lending. Any input on what banks are good and which are bad out there? Thanks! Brad

Thank you all for your input! It gives me a lot more to consider and look at. Steve Olson does Praedo have any cross over between the classes for CA and UT? I'd like to get licensed in both so I can start sooner while here in CA but ultimately my main focus would be UT.

I am working on becoming an agent and have been told about the Stringham classes. I'm also seeing a lot of ads for Keller Williams training new agents. Anyone have any input on them or another good brokerage I should reach out to? Thanks! Brad

Cody Steck Steve Theobald thank you both. I'll check Stringham out and probably get started on it. I'm thinking about getting my license here in CA still so I can get a few homes under my belt and lost mine when I get ready to sell. I've probably got 6 months at least here anyways.

I have a situation I need some input on. I am a business banker in CA and I want to get into RE. I'm thinking about getting my license and doing some part time work as an agent. The wrinkle is that we are planning on moving out of CA in the near future to Utah where I would want to do something similar. Any input on good courses or programs to get my licensing? Or anyone who has done something like this before and has some advise? Thanks! Brad

What are some of the basic items you would suggest collecting to analyze a small multi family deal 5-10 units? Thanks! Brad

Thanks Brad B. I'm excited to get started. Add me on LinkedIn and hopefully we can work on something together. I've got a couple properties that could be nice buy and hold units I am looking at.
