Hello everyone! I am looking to get into real estate investing and the hardest part seems to be deciding where to start! I have experience buying homes and living in them while I fix them up and turning a nice little profit but I am looking to move beyond that. I have two main ideas first. Number one. Wholesaling. I have access to title reports and can create my own farms lists pretty easily. I have even found a couple of properties I am trying to get under contract but I am hesitant about the process as I have not seen one start to finish. I am in the Bakersfield CA area and if there are any wholesalers around that would like to partner/mentor with me I would love to connect. Number two. Mobile homes. My thought is buy cheap and do a little work and then do seller financing. If they can't pay my asking price cash. Again anyone around Bakersfield that would like to work with me or if you just have tips or pointers I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks! Brad
