Men in suits work for men in jeans. Let your credit score and account balance speak to the lender. Being broke in a suit isn’t getting you a loan. Yes, you want to look presentable but they analyze numbers. No demo before the meeting lol
Get your real estate license and try to get a job at a management company. Understand the process

Do you want to mess your deal up for $400. I always ask myself that question. Is it worth the x number of dollars to ruin my deal? Good luck

Good morning, unless the rent is terribly under market value I would keep her. Is there any reason why you would like her evicted?

Ask yourself, “What benefit is there in having that unit vacant?”

I’m not a lawyer so I will not discuss details of less other than it probably transfers.

Good luck

As a buyer, real estate agents cost nothing so meet/introduce yourself and tell them what you are looking for. They want to sell you REI

Zillow isn’t bad but it isn’t always accurate. I use it to list rentals but I’ve found the buy side and comps are a lil off

Good luck

I pay $37 a month for service to prevent bugs. I recommend it. I see it as the cost of doing business

Work on your credit score. Go to a local credit union and they can talk you through the process
If you lost a leg, would you want to be discriminated when looking for work? A solid employee for $12 an hour is a blessing Hire him for a week probation period. Tell him expectations just like any 2 legged employee.
