People first, Profit Second. New Investor to Real Estate

Hello All,

My name is Devonte Calloway. I'm fairly new to Real Estate but I've been committed to learning. I've spent my time attending webinars, meet ups, networking, listening to Bigger Pockets podcasts and reading the forums. I'm looking to get starting with wholesaling and acquiring property to buy and hold for passive income in Fort Worth, Texas. Does anyone know any books on wholesaling? I understand the basics of it but I actually want to get started and do deals.

Your responses are greatly appreciated and God bless you all as we pursue our goal of financial freedom.
