1. I, and my two roommates, had to sign a one year lease for my college apartment. Dead months were our responsibility. The apartment was close to campus so demand forced us to pay 2. 3 individual leases with a co-signer was required 3. Kids are kids. We each had to put an individual security payment down to cover damages

Try not to get too far in debt in college. Getting a part time job at an apartment management company can show you the basics. Get your real estate license after high school. Hope these are somewhat helpful. Good luck

I’m sure you are aware that lawyers hire lawyers. I would suggest hiring a specialist in any situation. Or are you trying to be smart and/or  criticize ?  

And this is why you get Title insurance/ hire a lawyer. Changing locks are pretty simple

I believe in the math. Numbers tell me yes or no.
Unless it’s an ego thing or you feel you need to impress then you should buy a used Honda or Prius cash. If you can afford it, then no worries on credit. I bought a little civic to run errands to save on gas and wear and tear on my SUV
