Good evening everyone. I am considering enrolling into Ben's CFFU, but would like to get people's feedback of those who are enrolled. I mean for $300, I feel like there isn't much to lose. Also, he is planning a on site event near me (Columbus, Ohio), included in the purchase. Is the course helpful? Is it easy to understand? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Steve

It is true that you will have to disclose the development across the way. However, if the price is right, you will surely find a buyer. 

Are you off of old state?

Hi Lee. I would certainly be worried about your property values and consider selling it ASAP.  Even if you keep it as a rental the value would go downhill and your roi would suffer. 

I would suggest selling and using that equity to purchase two duplexes.
