I know this conversation has occurred in the past, but I would like to get feedback/recommendations on call centers that people are currently using with success!

Like Jordan said, having your license is a great way to learn your market.

Depending on what type of investing you would like to do, you could also save $$ by listing your properties and time by being able to pull comps instantly.

In addition, I find it helpful to know the local laws that the board enforces.

@Dave Myers I would look in your own backyard, Delaware Ohio. With the college and the availability of run-down SFH's, I feel the market is great for a flip to landlord situation.

Had someone contact me about a few liens she owns. Would like info on the foreclosure process, timing and general info.

Pretty sure you could, but could you mark up the liens and sell them off?
