@Michael B. I’ve been using Congoleum Carefree from Menards and it’s similar to the Allure at HD but much better quality. So far so good! I love that I can replace a piece in the middle of the floor without disassembling the whole floor to do it. Good luck!

@John Kim I just did a simple 1031 on a sfr I sold and purchased another. Almost a “trade” except the realtors and title companies profit from every sale.....
